Monday, March 19th, 2007… and I feel like crap. My muscles and joints ache from running the 10km that I had foolishly signed up for in the Kuala Lumpur International Marathon 2007 Fun Run category. In my current condition, I really can’t see where the ‘fun’ was. (more…)
